Send your email campaigns from your own Google Workspace mailboxes

Mailpro is a private email campaign tool operated by Instant Catalog. It lets the operator send permission-based outreach and newsletter emails to their own contact lists, one measured step at a time, from the operator's own Google Workspace mailboxes, and see how each campaign performed.

The purpose of this application

Mailpro exists for one purpose: to send email campaigns that the mailbox owner has written, to recipients the owner has a legitimate reason to contact, through the owner's own Google mailboxes, using the Gmail API's "send email" permission, and to show the owner the replies and bounce notices those emails receive. It is not a public sign-up service and it does not read anyone's inbox: it only looks at replies to emails it sent itself.

1. Import contacts

Upload an Excel or CSV list. Addresses are validated and de-duplicated, and anyone who has already unsubscribed stays suppressed in every later upload.

2. Connect your mailboxes

Sign in with Google to connect a mailbox. Mailpro asks for permission to send email on that mailbox's behalf and to read replies to the emails it sent, plus its email address so it can be identified.

3. Build sequences

Write a multi-step campaign with delays between steps and personalisation fields such as the recipient's first name.

4. Send gradually

Each mailbox has a daily limit and emails are spaced out (for example one every few minutes), which keeps sending within Google's limits and protects the mailbox's reputation.

5. Track results

See how many emails were sent, which were opened and which recipients unsubscribed, per campaign and per step.

6. Respect recipients

Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and Google's one-click unsubscribe is supported. Unsubscribing stops all further emails from Mailpro to that address.

How Mailpro uses your Google data

Two Gmail permissions are requested: send email (gmail.send) and read email (gmail.readonly), together with your Google account's email address and basic profile so the connected mailbox can be identified.
The read permission is used only to find replies and delivery-failure notices to the emails Mailpro sent. Mailpro opens only messages in conversations it started, stores just the sender, subject and a short snippet, and does not modify or delete email. It does not access contacts, calendar or files.
The access token is stored encrypted and is used only to send the campaigns the mailbox owner has set up. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties for their own purposes, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.

Mailpro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Who can use Mailpro
