Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Mailpro ("the Service"), operated by Instant Catalog ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What the Service is
Mailpro is a private tool for sending email campaigns from Google Workspace mailboxes that the user owns or is authorised to use. It is not open for public registration, and access is limited to people we have approved.
2. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Only email people you have a lawful basis or permission to contact, and keep your contact lists accurate.
- Comply with all laws that apply to your email, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, CASL and similar rules, including honest sender names and subject lines and a working way to opt out.
- Honour unsubscribe requests. The Service adds an unsubscribe link to every email and will not email an address that has unsubscribed.
- Follow Google's terms and policies for the accounts you connect, including the Google Workspace and Gmail policies.
- Not use the Service to send spam, phishing, malware, or illegal, deceptive or harassing content.
- Keep your sign-in details secret and be responsible for activity under your account.
3. Google accounts and data
You connect a mailbox by signing in with Google and granting permission to send email from it. You can withdraw that permission at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. How we handle Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Sending limits and deliverability
The Service spaces out emails and applies daily limits to protect your mailboxes, but it cannot guarantee that any email will be delivered, delivered to the inbox, or opened. Open tracking is approximate. Google or other providers may limit or suspend accounts, and we are not responsible for those decisions.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time, particularly if these terms are broken or the Service is being misused. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your mailboxes at any time.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Instant Catalog is established.
